I just finished another “bubbles” painting, this time utilizing a background of collaged book pages, hence the title. After covering a square board with book pages, I traced circles of various sizes using kitchen bowls and drinking glasses.
Then, I painted in the bubbles with white acrylic.
And filled in the background with shades of purple oil paint.
